Kitchen Makeover

Service Description

A makeover consists of me coming into your kitchen (no judgement!) and assisting you in going through that fridge and those cupboards. We'll look at food labels, see the oils you use for cooking, your pots and pans (no teflon please!), your cook books (yes, we can even talk about what I call "healthifying" some of your favorite recipes!) and so on. You tell me about what changes you'd like to see in your health (sustained energy thoroughout the day, curbing the sweets craving, less night time eating, etc.) and we'll work together to make it happen in the kitchen!
