Service Description

As a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor I'm happy to guide your journey to a healthy approach to eating and living using Intuitive Eating tools and MI to overcome eating challenges and make peace with food. It's not an easy journey, but, not only is making peace with food worth the struggle, but, YOU are worth it! Please note that you get 5 - 45 minute zoom sessions (once a week at the same time is preferable) plus 2 weekly phone or email check-in's whichever you prefer. We'll meet once a week for 45 minute sessions. Please schedule your first appointment and pay online and together we'll schedule days / times of the week to meet. I look forward to guiding you on this journey!

Cancellation Policy
